One of the goals of the adult fitness and dance program at Dancers’ Workshop is to blend the components of the physical, mental and emotional fitness in a mindful way and in a safe, non-competitive environment. There are clear physical benefits: weight loss, flexibility gain, a good cardio workout and heart health.
