Granite Hot Springs

JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Most campgrounds on the Bridger-Teton National Forest are open and were well-visited over the holiday weekend.

Granite Hot Springs opened on Saturday, May 27 with increased user fees. BTNF officials have also raised fees at some other campgrounds.

Granite Hot Springs, located on the Jackson and Blackrock Ranger District, is operated by Aud and Di campground services under a special use permit with the Forest Service. Aud and Di have operated these sites since 2014 and have been steadily making improvements. Some of the improvements include completely re-surfacing the Granite Hot Springs pool, conducting additional water quality monitoring at the pool, re-surfacing picnic tables, improving campground roads, adding additional hosts, and replacing entrance kiosks with new structures and quality signing.
