JACKSON, Wyo. — Bus commuters, heads up!
The Town of Jackson has announced that START Bus service to East Jackson will be impacted by the Jackson Hole Marathon on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 7 to 9 a.m. START said the many road closures due to construction projects also contributed to the planned closure.
“These issues will create unsafe conditions for transit buses to operate in the area,” the announcement reads.
On Village Local routes, the Broadway/Stormy Circle stop will be closed. On Town Shuttle routes, Deloney/Willow and Broadway/Gros Ventre stops will be closed.
START On-Demand service will still be available during that window, but delays are possible due to the marathon and other road closures. Check the START website and Transit app for timely information.
