JACKSON HOLE, WYO – A man who ran afoul of the law in 2015 is back in jail after violating terms of his probation.

Todd Conder, 28, of Thayne, Wyo., was booked into the Teton County Jail January 25. According to Jackson Police Department Lt. Roger Schultz, Conder was picked up by authorities in Idaho for possession of marijuana. Wyoming Probation and Parole contacted JPD and requested he be extradited to Teton County Detention Center where he is being held in maximum security.

Conder was not allowed to leave the state of Wyoming nor possess illegal narcotics. His troubles stemmed from a strangulation case involving his live-in girlfriend at the time in 2015.
