JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Robert “Bob” Bragg will begin 2019 by doing something different: for the first time in more than a few decades the licensed addictions therapist won’t go into work January 1—nor any of the days after.
Bragg announced he is retiring from his current work with Curran-Seeley at the end of the year.

The 63-year-old is one of those unique individuals who has been particularly effective in treating men with substance abuse issues. In addition to more than 40,000 hours of education and training, Bragg has been there. And the authenticity shows through.
It was December 18, 1983 when Bragg checked into the Naval Hospital Long Beach because of his alcoholism. On the long road to recovery, he has shared with many what worked for him.
Bragg was trained in addictions therapy while on active duty in the United States Navy. He worked in the treatment field in Wyoming since 1990, including work with traditional Native American programs, jail and prison populations, and specialized focus on men’s issues surrounding substance use disorders, relationships, spirituality and violence.
Bragg’s background in the military has given him insight into “Wounded Warriors” issues. He himself returned home with substance abuse disorders, a traumatic brain injury, and PTSD.
Bragg is trained and educated in the Chemical Dependency field and is a Licensed Addictions Therapist in the State of Wyoming.
If you see Bob out there somewhere, give him a pat on the back for us. Especially on a Saturday. That’s his favorite day of the week.
