TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — Caldera House in Teton Village has teamed up with three-time Olympic gold medalist Shaun White for what they are advertising as an “exclusive snowboarding experience.” The new offering from Jackson Hole’s hybrid hotel and member-only club comes in at a price tag of $185,000 per day.
White is a five-time Olympian, with three gold medals in snowboard superpipe, winning in Torino in 2006, Vancouver in 2010, and PyeongChang in 2018.
The day will begin with a private appointment at the Mudroom, Caldera House’s onsite gear shop, which will set guests up with equipment that considers their skills and the current snow conditions. From there, guests will hit Jackson Hole Mountain Resort for a day of riding with the Flying Tomato himself. The day on the slopes will be followed by a culinary experience, apres-ski session at Caldera’s member’s lounge.
For groups up to six, the experience can be tailored to guests’ experience level and interest, and also includes lift tickets and accommodations in one of Caldera House’s suites.
