JACKSON, Wyo. — Teton County Library’s Creative Aging Programming Survey enables residents 55 and over the opportunity to help choose the library’s art programming over the course of the next year.

Working in conjunction with the Wyoming Arts Council, the Wyoming State Library and Lifetime Arts, the Teton County Library plans to offer a range of free instructional art workshops to senior patrons in 2024.

According to the Teton County Library, these workshops, led by accomplished professionals, will be offered in a series format (eight workshops or sessions per series) to deliver a more-immersive learning experience.

Questions in the survey ask for the preferred days and times of programs. Classes and workshops can include poetry, storytelling, acting, collage, jewelry design, pottery, filmmaking, singing/choir, drawing, dance, oral history, screenwriting, instrumental music and other art topics of interest.
