Learn more about the instructor Rachel Holmes:
Rachel Holmes teaches dance for the School at Dancers’ Workshop and yoga at various studios in Jackson Hole. Prior to moving to Jackson Hole, Rachel was a member of New York City-based Elisa Monte Dance Company. Rachel attended Ballet Met, Dance Theater of Harlem, and the Joffrey Ballet School. Her formal training began at the Anneliese von Oettingen School of Ballet and the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Rachel began studying yoga in 2006, and later received her certification from Sonic Yoga in New York, New York. She continues to study both yoga and dance so she can continue her own personal journey of learning on the path. She is continually grateful to share what she loves with others, creating an environment where people can release, learn about themselves and leave feeling changed in some way.
