Let free music from the Jackson Hole Community Band warm your spirts

JACKSON, Wyo. — In the second of two free nights of music at Center for the Arts, the Jackson Hole Community Band will play both favorite and unfamiliar seasonal tunes Saturday, December 21 at 7 p.m.

Ring in the holidays with more of the seasonal soundtrack. JHCB’s repertoire includes classics like “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Sleigh Ride,” and “Christmas Festival” along with traditional music from the 17 and 1800s: Bach, Tchaikovsky, Handel.

Other works include hymns, Hanukkah songs, Russian Christmas music, and a song about St. Nick’s more frightening European alpine companion, Krampus.

Cookies and refreshments will be provided after the show.
