JACKSON, Wyo. — Slow Food in the Tetons is offering one free online video every week until mid-September in its Six Weeks of Slow Food Series to inspire you to eat within our local food system.
This week, local expert butcher Rodrigo Felipe Martinez of Snake River Grill demonstrates the many cuts derived from a whole lamb and his appreciation for local, responsibly raised animals.
Slow Food runs The People’s Market, Blair and May Park Community Gardens, The Slow Food Farm Stand & Online Marketplace, year-round kids summer camps and cooking classes, the Veggie Voucher Program, Farm to Fork Festival and more!
Now more than ever is a critical time to build a stronger, healthier and more resilient food system. If you support the work of Slow Food in the Tetons, please remember to donate through Old Bill’s Fun Run.
