Last chance to get the guest training services your employees need with Peak Performance

JACKSON, WY— Customer satisfaction surveys in 2017 found that up to 86 percent of customers said they’d stop doing business with a company if they experienced poor customer service.

Don’t be a statistic. Join Rick Howe, Vice President of the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, in a Peak Performance Guest Training sessions where you will learn how to exceed your leadership goals, how to deal with staffing challenges, and even gain some key resources to help create the company culture your business deserves.

“No matter how great our reputation for customer service, we’re only as good as our last customer,” ~ Rick Howe

A few of valuable topics discussed include:

  • Working with seasonal employees
  • Establishing a culture for success in our resort community
  • Training employees
  • How to be a more effective leader
  • The need to develop a positive image

Join this Thursday May 17th at 9:30-11AM & 1-3:30PM at the Ranch Inn Conference Room, 45 E Pearl. The AM session will cover information regarding supervisors and managers, where the afternoon session covers front line staff and training.

The training is just $20 per session for Chamber members and $35 for non-members.

Patti Green of Grand Teton Lodge & Co was able to attend last week and was pleased with her training!

“Thank you Chamber for providing the managers training session–unlike sessions provided by outside trainers, we are fortunate to have a certified professional trainer available in our community who can provide tools and insight to enhance the success of businesses within our unique Jackson environment. Rick’s presentation is both engaging and inspirational. He covers topics pertinent to our community and provides examples of successful resolutions to a range of concerns.”
