(Lander, Wyo.) – Three years running, this FREE event celebrates fun and unique ways to get outside and enjoy the recreation and beauty Wyoming has to offer.
With the support of sponsors, Lander Economic Development Association and The Wyoming Game and Fish Department bring us a weekend packed with outdoor field trips, a consumer show and other fun activities positioned in the shadow of the Wind River Mountains in Lander Wyoming. If you like to Shoot, Fish, Hike, Bike, Climb or generally enjoy the outdoors this event is for you!
May 19th – 20th
The fun starts Friday, May 19th from 3p – 8p with a consumer show of vendors carrying the latest in optics, outdoor gear, local food, bikes and more. Then check out the Wyoming Top 100 shooting competition or learn to cast with a Flycasting demo with hands on instruction. Finish the day off right with complimentary food and happy hour from 5-6:30p at the Lander Community Center.
Saturday, from 9a – 5p at the Community Center and CWC Field Station, can be as busy or as relaxed as you want it to be. Choose from any of the following activities: fly casting, wildlife forensics, shooting, habitat hike, archery, shop local raffle and more!
