JACKSON, Wyo. — The Jackson Police Department (JPD) has issued a public safety announcement regarding nightlife safety.
Police have responded to several incidents in the last week that appear to involve a perpetrator spiking drinks at local bars, the Town of Jackson said in a press release.
JPD is investigating these incidents. While they are under review, JPD has shared these safety reminders for bar patrons:
1. Do not drink from cans or bottles you do not open yourself or see a bartender open.
2. If someone offers you a drink they got, do not take it.
3. Do not leave your drink unattended.
