This role maintains contracts in alignment with lodging tax requirements, oversees budget monitoring and invoice review, and manages HR functions such as onboarding and performance management. The Construction Project Engineer at Tributary will support the Director of Development in all aspects of the construction lifecycle for both horizontal land development and vertical construction efforts. This position will participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, Inspections, implementation, sign-offs, and completion.

 Essential Functions

1. Review land development regulations and plans, monitoring and supporting the approval process. 
2. Support Pre-construction efforts, coordination activities, and scheduling.
3. Interprets drawings and specifications.
4. Control any number of construction related projects at various stages of work. 
5. Conduct on-site observation of work during construction to monitor the project schedule and compliance with plans and specifications.

This position supports housekeeping operations through hands-on training, performance guidance, and quality control. You’ll help coach and support team members, conduct detailed home inspections—including luxury and owner-occupied properties—and ensure consistency in both presentation and experience.
