The Guest Services role is central to delivering an extraordinary, welcoming, inclusive, and joyful visitor experience in our brand new facility at 105 Mercill Ave. Guest Services Staff set the tone for the entire visit – ensuring guests feel seen, supported, informed, and excited to explore a dynamic, place-based learning environment designed for children and families. This team member will support the delivery of special programming when preschools and private groups visit the Museum and is expected to represent the Museum in a professional and friendly manner. Must have weekend availability and Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Position responsibilities: Our organization operates 24/7, 365 days a year, providing care and support to youth in need. Youth Care staff are responsible for the daily supervision of our residents at either our residential treatment facility or our group home and crisis shelter. They build therapeutic relationships with our clients and create a safe and predictable environment. Creating this environment requires establishing healthy boundaries, reinforcing choices and behaviors through the use of natural and logical consequences, helping residents develop internal self-control by highlighting new growth and change as well as engaging in enriching activities. 

Provisions JH is seeking a reliable, responsible Front of House Manager for summer catering. This person can handle fast-paced service as well as handle customer service, cash/POS, inventory, prep support, setup/breakdown. Must drive/transport truck and maintain equipment.
