In alignment with the Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Clubโ€™s mission and core values, the Alpine Program Director (APD) provides strategic leadership for the entire Alpine Program. This role is responsible for establishing the program philosophy, designing the program structure, and ensuring the successful implementation of a comprehensive long-term athlete development model for alpine ski racing.

The APD leads and evaluates senior alpine staff, supports athlete development across all age groups, and oversees program operations from youth through FIS and postgraduate levels. The APD works closely with Snow King Mountain and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort leadership to plan, develop, and maintain world-class training venues and race events while supporting club fundraising and community engagement efforts. The APD is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining high-quality staff and maintaining a professional and collaborative alpine department culture.
