Visit Jackson Hole’s Destination Sales Manager builds and manages the partner relationships that drive well-matched visitation to the destination during key need periods and across all lodging and activity types. It’s a strategy and execution role in equal measure: developing a multi-market sales plan with clear goals and measurable KPIs, leading the Destination Sales Committee, representing Jackson Hole at tradeshows and sales missions around the world, and coordinating group inquiry and FAM trips that turn trade partners into advocates.

Tailwind Hospitality is seeking an entrepreneurial and relationship-driven Director of Catering to build and launch our catering program in Jackson Hole and establish the foundation for a scalable catering platform across our airport hospitality portfolio.

This role will lead the development of a premium catering operation that extends Tailwind’s existing airport café, restaurant, bar, and concessions concepts into high-touch catering services supporting airport partners, corporate operators, local communities and travelers.

The Sr. PR Manager has at least four years of public relations experience, or equivalent marketing and communications experience.

The Sr. PR Manager owns successful client relationship management and the implementation of work across multiple national brands, while providing positive workplace leadership across the agency.

This is a senior individual contributor role with growing leadership scope: the Sr. PR Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, serves as a day-to-day strategic partner to clients, supports and mentors Account Coordinators, and reports progress and elevates pertinent issues to agency leadership.

Ensure that the preparation of all food items is to standard during the shift while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Supervise other line cooks in absence of Sous Chef or Executive Chef to maintain standards at all times.

This position operates in a kitchen setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
