The Client Advocate is responsible for engaging CSN clients in safety planning, crisis response, access to community resources, and other services. A collaborative work ethic, curiosity, inclusivity, and humility are essential values for our ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities include

• Deliver freshly roasted coffee to partners while providing friendly, professional customer service.
• Prepare, organize, and fulfill orders accurately for delivery and shipping
• Assist with coffee roasting and blending under the guidance of the roasting team
• Support weekly production and order organization to ensure smooth operations

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team at a yoga studio and retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with class check-ins, supporting daily studio operations, managing inventory in the retail store, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.

This position plays a key role in helping to create a positive and seamless experience for all clients and guests. This position requires a minimum of three, six hour front desk shifts a week. Shifts are 8am – 2pm or 1:30pm – 7:30pm daily. One weekend shift a week is required. 

The job requires you to work directly with clients and multiple teams within our firm. You must be able to read, write, think critically, and manage multiple projects and large files simultaneously. Curiosity, a sharp mind, and a strong drive to help people are important, as is patience, empathy, and the ability to be calm under pressure. Being tech-savvy, fast on your feet, organized, and attentive to detail are important. Must be willing to do what it takes as both a team-player and self-starter, unafraid to take the lead and work solo when needed.

The ideal candidate will drive and manage the team, ensuring quality control in our services, serving as the primary communication link within the business, and overseeing daily operations at both the studio and cafe. The main role and responsibility for this position is to be the throughline person of communication. 

We are looking for a Cafe Manager who can bring flow to our daily rhythm. We are seeking someone who thrives in dynamic spaces, sees connection between details, and finds joy in helping people and systems work in harmony. A motivated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wellness cafe and coffee shop. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting health and wellness through food and beverages, and will have strong leadership and organizational skills. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for managing our incredible team, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the cafe.

Completes general maintenance and repair of resort facilities, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, drywall & painting. Assists with parking during special events and the winter season. A key part of every employee’s job is to serve as a Targhee ambassador, engaging the guests at every opportunity.

We’re seeking an organized, resourceful, and proactive Project / Account Manager to serve as the key link between our clients and internal creative teams. This role is ideal for someone who loves managing both people and process – ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with project goals.

You’ll lead internal coordination across branding, multichannel marketing, web development, digital advertising, graphic design, and video/photo production. You’ll also serve as a client-facing partner, building relationships, translating needs into actionable project plans, and ensuring deliverables meet our creative standards. You will be the face of the agency to clients, keeping client expectations in-scope, guiding clients along our process and workflow, and protecting our industry reputation.

We work a hybrid in-office schedule, with preference given for applicants local to the Teton WY/ID communities.
