The part-time Guest Services Team Member is the first and last point of contact for families, educators, and community members visiting the new Jackson Hole Children’s Museum. This role is central to delivering an extraordinary, welcoming, inclusive, and joyful visitor experience. Guest Services Staff set the tone for the entire visit – ensuring guests feel seen, supported, informed, and excited to explore a dynamic, place-based learning environment designed for children and families. This team member will support the delivery of special programming when preschools and private groups visit the Museum and is expected to represent the Museum in a professional and friendly manner. This position requires regular weekend availability, including Saturdays and Sundays, as weekends are among the Museum’s busiest days. Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Anytime after 2:30 p.m.

We’re looking for someone to take over all of our prep shifts anytime after 2:30 p.m. – five days a week. If you’re interested in fewer shifts, please still apply; however, our ideal situation is one person who wants to take over all prep and juicing. Prep includes making our homemade nut milks, energy bites, mushroom broth, and chicken broth, plus additional soups in fall and winter. We also press organic juice 3 – 4 days a week. This role can be as small or large as you’re inspired to make it — we’re open to expanding our grab-and-go offerings if you’d like more hours. 

Minimum three shifts/week. Please don’t apply if you can’t commit to at least three shifts per week.

The Plumbing/Appliance Assistant works directly with the Plumbing/Appliance Team Lead in supporting their efforts to successfully complete Plumbing/Appliance projects both locally and regionally. The Plumbing/Appliance Assistant develops, maintains, and interacts with a broad scope of new and existing customers and clientele within the department to increase sales of products and services.

The Plumbing/Appliance Assistant performs activities associated with selling, client selections, design, ordering, and overall management of a specialized department that requires knowledge of a specialized nature. 

The Associate Accountant assists the Controller in the daily operations of the Finance Department by performing accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and financial reporting functions.

This position supports accurate financial recordkeeping, compliance with federal and state regulations, month-end and year-end closing processes, audits, and Finance Committee reporting. The Associate Accountant is responsible for maintaining confidential financial and employee information while providing excellent customer service to internal staff and external partners.
