The Fulfillment & Customer Success Lead is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day fulfillment/packaging connection and order management needs of Vertical Harvest Jackson Hole in order to ensure deliveries are met, customer satisfaction, and increase customer access to Vertical Harvest Products. Through regular communication with the Customer Success Manager, the Fulfillment & Customer Success Lead will ensure that department targets goals within packaging and fulfillment are being met. A Fulfillment & Customer Success Lead possesses the operations experience necessary to communicate issues to their department manager in a timely manner.

Driver/Bellman

Frontier Administrative Services LLC (FAS) is hiring a new Director of Client Services.  FAS is looking for an individual with previous management skills, bookkeeping skills, and at least three years’ experience in the area of banking, finance and/or trust administration. This new hire will start in an Assistant Director position, and train alongside the current Director for the next six months.  After an extensive training period, the individual will move into the Director position.  FAS is an affiliate of the law firm Long Reimer Winegar LLP, and specializes in the administration of Wyoming Private Family Trust Companies.  This position requires excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, as there is a large volume of work and many hats to wear.
