JHMR'S Bikes & Brews event to feature 15 breweries and live music

TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — On Saturday, Aug. 21, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) will host its Bikes & Brews Event, featuring both a Brewfest and live music for the afternoon.

Bikes and Brews is a family-friendly event featuring mountain biking, live music, and a Brewfest! All proceeds benefit Friends of Pathways. Guests are encouraged to ride the bike park, climb the via Ferrata, hike the trails, soar above the mountain with JH Paragliding and enjoy the scenery on the Bridger gondola before ending the day sampling over 15 breweries and live music from Jared Rogerson.

The Brewfest will feature 10 Barrel Brewing Co., Big Sky Brewing, Boulevard Brewing, Canarchy, Epic Brewing, Flying Embers, Grand Teton Brewing, Lagunitas, Lander Brewing, Melvin Brewing, New Belgium Brewing, Odell Brewing, Roadhouse Brewing, Roosters Brewing, Snake River Brewery, Upslope Brewing, and Wildlife Brewing!

Food will be available from Spoons Bistro and the Tin Can Cantina for purchase.

Jared Rogerson, a Wyoming singer/songwriter whose western roots have blossomed into a distinct cowboy-rock vibe, will play from 4 – 7 p.m. With his sonic fusion of country, Americana, rock and folk, Jared paints a contemporary and complicated rural West. His well-crafted lyrics contemplate themes of choice and consequence, with a hard honesty ranging from heavy to lighthearted. Rogerson’s studio recordings and live performances deliver truth infused with genuine authenticity, and Jared never bows to the pressure to confine himself to a single genre. Rather, he works tirelessly to do that which is dictated by his own DNA: create art with music and word, and deliver that result directly to his growing fan base.
