Guests will see a continued focus on safe skiing and riding across the mountain this winter, and the Resort’s Speed Wranglers and Ski Patrol staff will help to increase enforcement in slow zones and raise awareness of proper skiing and riding practices. JHMR is also adding designated rest areas where guests can stop safely, and lower-mountain slow zones are being transformed into Family Zones, with enhanced speed control measures and enforcement to accommodate the mix of abilities and age levels in these high-traffic areas.
Opening weekend will also feature free parking in Teton Village. Skiers and riders looking to upgrade their equipment can enjoy deep discounts at Hoback Sports this weekend, including 20% off helmets, googles, and logo wear. The town square resort store is also offering 20% off logo wear.
Recreationists will be able to enjoy 137 days of skiing and snowboarding. JHMR manages daily mountain capacity to elevate the guest experience.
Not a Skier? JHMR offers winter activities for the non-skiers as well. Aerial Tram sightseeing tickets are available Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
