JACKSON, Wyo. — The safety and well-being of employees and community are of the utmost importance to JB Plumbing during the era of COVID-19. During this unprecedented time, life still happens and essential plumbing service and repair needs will come up, especially with the increase in people staying home.
JB will continue to provide exceptional customer service during these difficult times. They have established new protocols to protect everyone’s health should you need to contact them for plumbing repairs or service.
“We’ve established new protocols that will allow us to continue to provide exceptional service while also protecting the health of employees and customers,” says Shaun King, JB Plumbing.
JB’s new protocol includes a several step question and answer process when you contact them to book your appointment, as well as several precautionary measures that will take place at the time of your service appointment to ensure your safety and that of JB’s employees.
These steps include requesting that you thoroughly wipe down and sanitize all surfaces that employees may come into contact with. In addition, JB’s employees will wear gloves whenever possible to perform the necessary work and will also wipe down the surfaces they were in contact with prior to leaving.
Customers are encouraged to perform one more cleaning after their departure. Also, JB kindly requests that customers respect the minimum of six feet of social distancing recommendations in place by our public health officials.
JB is committed to providing excellent customer service while collectively doing their part to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19.
