JACKSON, Wyo — In collaboration with Jackson Hole Winery, New West KnifeWorks has opened a new tasting room on Town Square at New West KnifeWorks and MTN MAN Toy Shop, 98 Center Street.

The idea for the Tasting Room was born out of New West’s participation in the Aspen Food & Wine Classic this summer— where tasting wine and learning about the best of the culinary world has been coming together for almost 40 years. After that experience, partnering with Jackson Hole Winery was clearly a great match. Both founders set roots in Jackson Hole – the perfect location to foster their dreams of creating world class kitchen tools or wine to complement living the good life.

Jackson Hole Winery is one of the highest elevation wineries in the world. Founded by the Schroth family 10 years ago, the dozens of awards and press accolades they’ve received show that they have perfected the art of high altitude vinification. New West KnifeWorks is celebrating 25 years of making knives this year, and with sights set to new heights of quality, art, and community collaboration, the timing of the partnership felt just right.

The tasting room is open Fridays and Saturdays from 1-7:30 p.m. through mid-October, with plans to continue indefinitely. Visitors can sit down at the wine bar to experience a tasting flight or pick up a glass of wine to enjoy while walking through the New West KnifeWorks and MTN MAN Toy Shop knife gallery.

Stop by 98 Center Street on the NE corner of Town Square for the full experience!
