JACKSON HOLE, WYO – This weekend starts the Farmers Market on the town square and it will abound with love and kindness.

People Spread Love (PSL) will be on the square this Saturday bright and early beginning at 8:30am to give out FREE HUGS.

Farmers Market on the Town Square was in the Fourth of July parade.

PSL has been spreading the kindness for three years in Jackson Hole. The organization’s founder, Heather DeVine, arranges with community members to bring the FREE HUGS program wherever it’s needed most (where is it not, nowadays?).

Get FREE HUGS at the first Farmers Market of the year this Saturday. While browsing fresh produce, look for handmade signs with the phrase “FREE HUGS” written in English, Spanish, Mandarin and French.

DeVine says, “No hugs are ever forced upon anyone. All volunteers stand with a smile on their face and sign in hand, calling out at times, ‘Get your free organic hugs here.’”

DeVine added that she’ll have some extra signs for nayone wanting to join in as a volunteer hugger.

The Farmers Market featured nonprofit will be Full Circle Education, and Brian Ernst will be the spotlighted musician.

See you on the square!
