JACKSON HOLE, WYO – According to HotTuna.com and Kimock.com, San Francisco luminaries Hot Tuna and Steve Kimock will team up for an electric concert at the Center for the Arts on August 28. Ticket information has not yet been released.
Hot Tuna’s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame members guitarist/vocalist Jorma Kaukonen and bassist Jack Cassidy have put on a handful of memorable shows in the Tetons over the years. The last Jackson performance was in 2013, a sit-down Hot Tuna acoustic show at the Pink Garter Theatre within a year of the theatre’s grand re-opening. They also performed at Targhee Fest in 2006 and 2016, and at the Mangy Moose in 2002. Kimock last appeared with his band at Targhee Fest in 2016.
