Quinn Ellingson (L)

JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Quinn Ellingson will be hitting the ice this August while most of us are headed to the lake. Ellingson received word she was selected to attend the USA Hockey’s Girl’s Multi-District Development Camp at Kent State University, Kent OH, August 6-11.

Ellingson, 15, was selected to the same player development camp last summer. It is an intense workout with college-level coaches who put kids through three sessions per day before ending with a scrimmage. It is considered a prep to collegiate hockey, which Ellingson said she would love to play.

Ellingson has played defense for the Wyoming allstar girls hockey team for four years now.
