JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson (TOJ) has announced road work projects planned for High School Road while the area is less busy during the Teton County School District’s spring break, which runs from March 24 through April 4.
From Monday, March 24, through Friday, March 28, West High School Road will be fully closed between Rangeview Drive and Corner Creek Lane while crews excavate and install a water transmission line to the new well house at Well 10, according to TOJ.
“Once installed, Well 10 will significantly improve water pressure and the amount of water available for residents across West Jackson,” TOJ’s press release reads.
Then, from Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, the road will close between Corner Creek Lane and Middle School so crews can bring utility lines to the site of the new Central Wyoming College Building. Water, sewer, power and communication lines will be installed for the new facility.
TOJ encourages drivers, cyclists and pedestrians to find alternate routes while work is underway.
“The dates above are the Town’s best guess of the length of these projects but are subject to change,” TOJ’s announcement reads.
