JACKSON, Wyo. — Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) has announced that it was notified that F-15 aircrafts conducting a training exercise from Mountain Home Airforce Base are planning to making two approaches at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 8.

According to a press release, the JAC notifies the community about these operations when the Airport receives advanced notification. Airport staff has requested the point of contact to consider conducting training at alternative locations, since JAC is located inside Grand Teton National Park and has noise sensitive areas and communities nearby.

Those with questions or feedback about this training exercise can contact the Mountain Home AFB Operations Center by calling  (208) 828-4285.
