ATTN Parents: Looking for an activity that teaches your kids teamwork, stick-to-itiveness, problem-solving, and movement skills? Look no further than dance. The School at Dancers’ Workshop offers Ballet, Modern, Hip Hop, Jazz, Mommy & Me, and Kinder Classes (aka Creative Movement / Pre-Ballet) for young students, girls and boys, ages 18 months to 18 years old.
Classes begin September 11th – Enrollment is open! Get 2016 rates if you enroll your dancer by August 21st.
Proven benefits of dance reach far beyond the outward appearance of grace and beauty. Not only does it help with the above-mentioned life skills – many of the fundamental movements your child will explore in a Kinder Class can prepare them for success in physical activity later in life. Dancers’ Workshop strives to create Dance Citizens or kiddos with a lifelong appreciation for the art form.
And, did you know, children ages 6 and up enrolled in Fall semester have the opportunity to participate in one of our large scale Winter Productions? Students become their characters while performing in The Center Theater, sharing the stage with professional dancers and impressive set pieces in these magical and meticulously crafted productions.
Whether you have a true ballerina on your hands or just a kid with a lot of energy, there’s a lot that can be gained by getting your student involved at Dancers’ Workshop!
