JACKSON, Wyo. — Grocery stores nation-wide are offering special hours just for the elderly, disabled, or immunocompromised to limit their possible exposure to COVID-19, and Jackson is following suit.

Jackson Whole Grocer will open its doors to more vulnerable community members from 7-8 a.m. Thursdays.

Smith’s is offering hour-long exclusive shopping windows for senior citizens three days a week: 7-8 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Albertsons stores are reserving Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-9 a.m. for vulnerable shoppers.

Help your vulnerable neighbors by letting them have their designated shopping time. If you’re otherwise healthy, shop during regular hours.
