JACKSON, Wyo. — This week, Gregory Lane will be closed in two places, with access between the areas remaining open through a Martin Lane detour.

One closure will occur just north of the Teton County School District stadium entrance, and the other will be south of Berger Lane, at the pathway crossing. According to an email from Town of Jackson (TOJ) Associate Engineer Jeff Silliman, driveways between the stadium entrance and UPS will still be accessible from South Park Loop Road, via Martin Lane, Carol Lane and Berger Lane.

TOJ and contractors will be working on preparations for paving at the southern closure and utility installation at the northern closure. No timeline was given for how long the closures and detour are anticipated to be in place.

Drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians are asked to respect signage and avoid private property during the closure and detour. TOJ previously stated that road construction will continue through the month of October, and paving is slated for early November. Utility and sidewalk work will continue as long as weather permits.
