JACKSON, WY— Well, Jackson, we’re in the final stretch. 2018 Midterm Elections are TODAY (November 6), and there’s a lot on the ballot.

Buckrail will never tell you how to vote, but we’ll help inform your ballot. And if you show us you voted, we’ll give you some social media kudos!

Luckily, Teton County makes it easy. You can register to vote ON election day (read how here). Prior to election day, simply bring a valid ID to the Teton County Clerk on 200 S Willow from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. to register. We’re past the 14-day cutoff, so you’ll have to vote the same day via absentee ballot.

You can also register on election day at any one one of the five designated polling locations, no matter where in the county you live:

  1. Teton County Library
  2. Teton County/Jackson Recreation Center
  3. Old Wilson Schoolhouse Community Center
  4. Alta Branch Library
  5. Teton County Weed & Pest Building

Polls are open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on election day. You cannot vote at the Teton County Clerk’s office on election day! Vote at any one of the above locations.

Buckrail has a handful of resources available to help you inform your vote. Then, head to the polls and VOTE! Show us you voted—tag @Buckrail on Instagram or email your election photo to tips@buckrail.com— and we’ll feature you on our Instagram story on Election Day! Show us your best “I Voted” faces.

See you at the polls, and check back in on election night for results!
