JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Four affordable homes are currently for sale in Teton Village. If you are in the market and think one of these homes may fit your needs, why not stop by on the way home from work today and check them out?
Jackson/Teton County Affordable Housing recently announced a weighted drawing for the four available units. The homes are at The Homesteads in Teton Village. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a one-car garage.
Two open house opportunities have been scheduled. The first is Thursday, July 12 from 5-7pm. The second is Friday, July 20 from 12-2pm.
These units are available for sale for households with one or two adults and at least two dependents who earn 80-120% of median family income. To find out if you are eligible, visit the Affordable Housing website or call the office at (307) 732-0867 with any questions.
Important reminder: If you view/update your intake form when this weighted drawing is open, your household will be ineligible to enter this drawing.
If you are interested in these units, please review the Weighted Drawing Checklist and turn in all required forms before the deadline, Tuesday, July 24 at 4:00pm. A link to all the forms needed to enter the drawing can be found here.
If you are selected first in the weighted drawing, you will be notified via a telephone call and then can proceed with the application process. All others will be notified via email.
