It’s hard to be mindful without a good night’s sleep. And, it’s much easier to get a good night’s sleep when you’re being mindful.

St. John’s Church is proud to help mothers find mindfulness—and sleep—during this week’s monthly M4M (Mothers for Mindfulness) discussion. On June 19 from 11:45 am – 1:00 pm, Martha Lewis of the Complete Sleep Solution will lead a group discussion on the topic. Martha has been helping parents with their babies’ sleep for the past 2 years through Happy Little Camper and now she is working with adults to help them sleep better, too. She will share her tips for how a mindfulness practice can help mamas get the sleep that they crave.
