JACKSON, Wyo. — Fine Dining Restaurant Group and Pure Madness Group are at it again with the opening of their newest venture: Roadhouse Taqueria.
An extension of Roadhouse Pub & Eatery, the taqueria, Code Red, is inspired by eateries of East LA, serving Mexican-style street food, alongside a robust selection of Roadhouse and Melvin brews. Menu highlights include four varieties of posole (verde, spicy rojo, negro or vegetarian blanco) topped with your choice of braised pork shoulder or chicken thigh, octopus tostadas, shrimp aguachile tostadas, green chili chicken tacos and more.
Located under the Pub & Eatery in the old Starbucks space, the restaurant is now open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, available to-go or dine in.
The restaurant is a departure from Fine Dining’s typical dining experience, offering counter service where guests order, receive a number and have their food delivered. Mexican sodas, house-made horchata, watermelon agua fresca and specialty cocktails round out the beverage options, while the restaurant’s taqueria-inspired grab-and-go options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert are ideal for those looking for a quick bite.
Grab-and-go selections include items like conchas, Mexican cobb salad and both breakfast and lunch tortas. Online ordering will be available beginning next week.
