The partnership came into fruition when Vertical Harvest was looking to up their sustainability game for farm share customers and Avant was just launching their local foods in the reusable packaging business. The two came together to brainstorm how they could set the standard for zero-waste packaging and give customers an easy option to reduce their waste while eating local food.
This farm share will be different from others as they have refined their products and process to bring you the ultimate local food experience. Each week your farm share will include rotating varieties of our lettuce heads, live microgreens, Teton tomatoes, and more!
Your purchase of a Farm Share supports Vertical Harvest in so many ways. It allows the farm’s growing team to anticipate production, so they can schedule labor accordingly.
