JACKSON, Wyo. – Face coverings are now strongly recommended in Teton Village.
The Teton Village Association Improvement and Service District (ISD) held a special board meeting on July 10 to consider a resolution recommending individuals wear face coverings in public places to protect the public to the highest degree possible by slowing the spread of COVID-19. As a result of the special meeting, the board voted unanimously to approve the resolution.
The resolution states that the TVA board of directors strongly recommend all individuals wear face covering in Teton Village, and recommend all businesses require masks to be worn indoors to reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
TVA fully supports the Teton County Health Department and Teton District Health Officer with regard to the public health orders currently in effect, and their efforts to enact order(s) requiring the wearing of face coverings in public, including any exceptions they deem necessary.
