David Vela to be honored at Grand Teton gathering

JACKSON, Wyo. — Four-year Superintendent at Grand Teton National Park, David Vela will be recognized for his new parks service position, November 3 at The Center for the Arts.

Grand Teton National Park, Grand Teton National Park Foundation, and Grand Teton Association invite friends and family to congratulate Vela on recent appointment to National Park Service Deputy Director, exercising the Authority of the Director.

Festivities run 3–5 p.m. Sunday, at The Center for the Arts Lobby where light refreshment will be provided.
