JACKSON, Wyo. — Central Wyoming College (CWC), Jackson, is excited for the return of their culinary enrichment series: Cooking with Community!

To celebrate this beautiful autumn, their first workshop focuses on Fall Harvest Fermentation. Sign up for an evening of hands-on fermentation skills with CWC Jackson, featuring fermentation enthusiast, local food fanatic and functional nutritionist Linda Williamson (of Meadowlark Market & Kitchen from Lander, Wyoming).

CWC is a community college providing educational opportunities in Fremont, Hot Springs and Teton Counties. The college offers community enrichment classes, certificate programs, associate’s and bachelor’s degrees.
