Customer Service Representative, NOLS

As a member of the Customer Service Team, the customer service representative (CSR) represents one of the first points of contact for the school. Team members are responsible for providing excellent customer service in person, and via telephone, email, and chat for school-wide offerings. Passion for the outdoors and outdoor skills, wilderness education, and non-profit mission a plus. See here for full job description.
