Cultivate Ability's "Next Steps" program helps employers make meaningful strides toward disability inclusion.

JACKSON, Wyo. — Cultivate Ability is currently accepting applications for “Next Steps,” a new program that guides employers through the process of taking meaningful strides toward disability inclusion and awareness in the workplace.

This customizable program helps participants identify areas for improvement and implement unique solutions. Collaborating with Cultivate Ability, participants will overcome the challenges facing their specific workplace and move toward creating a space where all employees feel they belong and are valued.

Included in the program:

  • Initial consultation (30-minutes, free with no commitment)
  • Pre and post-assessment surveys
  • Two group consultations to assess goals and create an implementation plan
  • Customized checklist from Cultivate Ability of short, medium, and long-term disability inclusion goals
  • Access to post job openings on Cultivate Ability’s new Job Board
  • Periodic check-ins to assist with implementation
  • Highlights and shout outs in Cultivate Ability’s social media, advertisements, and newsletters

Authentic disability inclusion ensures that all employees are supported in the workplace and can thrive. Workplace inclusion is proven to reduce employee turnover rates, increase productivity, and enhance the reputation of your organization/business.

Applications are open through February 25, 2022 (or until 10 employers are accepted).
The cost of Next Steps is $2,000 (no payment due with application). The full cost is reimbursable through the Workforce Development Fund at the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services.
