JACKSON, Wyo. — The Teton County Health Department will offer flu shots and COVID vaccines free of charge to those without health insurance on Thursday, Nov. 16, the department announced on Tuesday.
No appointment is necessary, the Health Department said. Participants will not need to show identification. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Spanish interpretation services will be available for anyone needing language assistance.
Vaccines will be administered on Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Health Department’s clinic at 540 S. Highway 89, located next to Subway in Target Plaza.
The Wyoming Department of Health recommends getting the flu vaccine ahead of peak flu season, which often hits its peak between December and February.
