JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Local law enforcement has been busy spreading the Christmas cheer the past few days, and for some it’s been a welcome surprise.

Both the Jackson Police Department and Teton County Sheriff’s Office are continuing a tradition of benevolence while on the job. It might mean getting pulled over for good driving and receiving a holiday card stuffed with a hundred-dollar bill instead of a citation. Or maybe a couple of cops will stop by the coffee shop and suddenly declare breakfast is on them this morning.
Both agencies expect to give away thousands of dollars by the end of the week thanks to generous donors.
