The Prevention Management Organization of Lincoln County and Wyoming Association of Sheriff & Chiefs of Police are pleased to announce their sponsorship of a statewide tour by Ben Cort to meet with local coalition members and other professionals to share his insights and facts on the harmful effects marijuana use with the community.

Marijuana has changed. This presentation will cover the science behind that change, what it means for addiction rates, how it is now consumed and increased potency rates, as well as how it is being marketed at youth. A must see for any parent or person who works with families.
About Ben Cort: Ben’s passion for recovery, prevention and harm reduction comes from his own struggle with substance abuse. Sober since 6/15/96, Ben has been a part of the recover community in almost every way imaginable: from a recipient to a provider to a spokesperson, Cort has a deep understanding of the issues and a personal motivation to see the harmful effects of drug and alcohol abuse minimized.
