Climb WY offers free career training for single mothers

JACKSON, WY – Are you a Teton area single mom in search of a career? This spring, Climb Wyoming will offer free professional office skills and commercial driving training to single mothers looking to enter a new profession.

Climb provides a variety of job training programs based on workforce needs, including office careers, medical careers, and more with a job placement at the end. Climb’s new commercial driving opportunity prepares participants to drive school buses, START buses, construction trucks, passenger vans, delivery trucks, and more with wages starting at $17/hr, local routes, and daytime schedules. The training will also include professional office careers if participants prefer to work behind a desk instead of behind the wheel of a truck.

Climb has employers ready to hire graduates of this upcoming program and will work with single mothers to find career opportunities that fit their strengths and priorities. Once a part of the workforce, Climb continues to support employees as they transition into their new careers.

In addition to the Teton Area, Climb offers trainings in Casper, Cheyenne, Gillette, Laramie, and the Sweetwater area.
Whether you want to be behind the wheel or behind a desk, Climb Wyoming can help find the right job for you. Training starts really soon, so to inquire about this spring’s program, call 307-733-4088.
