TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — Grand Teton Music Festival presents an evening with MacArthur Fellow and Grammy Award-winning mandolinist and singer/songwriter Chris Thile through the festival’s “Gateway Series,” Aug. 10 at Walk Festival Hall in Teton Village.
“That rare being: an all-round musician who can settle into any style, from bluegrass to classical.”
The Guardian
Thile is a founding member of the critically acclaimed bands Punch Brothers and Nickel Creek. With his broad outlook, Thile creates a distinctly American canon and a new musical aesthetic for performers and audiences alike.
NPR calls Thile a “genre-defying musical genius.”
Tickets are available here. The show is from 8 to 10 p.m. Limited tickets remain.
