Several cars are involved in an accident on Highway 390.

WILSON, Wyo. — UPDATE 3 p.m.: Highway 390 is open again.

UPDATE 1:15 p.m.: The Teton County Sheriff’s Office is reporting Highway 390 is closed until further notice.

Details are still incoming, but it is believed three-five vehicles were involved in slide-offs and collisions, TSCO says. Whiteout conditions on the road are likely to blame.

So far it is believed that no one is seriously injured. Units are beginning to clear the road. Several units have responded but many have also been told to stand down, officials say.

ORIGINAL: Buckrail has received reports of an accident on Highway 390 (Teton Village Road) involving multiple vehicles.

Four-five vehicles are stuck in snowbanks on either side of the road along the Windy Mile, a witness says. It appears one vehicle is in the middle of the road.

Fire/EMS is responding.

Traffic is blocked and conditions are already hairy. Expect delays.
