JACKSON HOLE, WYO – In a land blessed with a half-dozen quality Thai choices for dining, the field is about to be trimmed by one.
Bon Appe Thai announced it will shutter next month after 14 years in business on West Pearl. The last day for the eatery is December 12.
“We truly appreciate all of our valued customers who have walked in, and we are especially grateful to have been a part of the community for the past over 14 years,” restaurant owners stated. “We will never forget the many years of business support and friendships that we have going along on this journey. We enjoy and will miss serving you.”
The owners added that staffing was increasingly become more and more difficult. They just could not consistently hire enough help to continue to operate the restaurant.
A true hole-in-the-wall gem, Bon Appe Thai is Jackson’s top-rated Thai food restaurant, according to TripAdvisor, receiving consistent 4.5- to 5-star ratings. The eatery features authentic cooking in a style native to Central Thailand. It received the Thai Select Premium Award from the Thai government as one of the best Thai restaurants overseas.
