JACKSON, Wyo. — Bollards, which create protected bike lanes, are being removed along Snow King Avenue and Willow Street ahead of the winter season.

Brian Schilling, Jackson Hole Pathways Coordinator confirmed via email that the bollards are being removed and said the in-street bike racks located around town will also be removed in the coming days. In-street bike racks are located at the Wort, Cowboy Coffee and Pearl St. Bagels, to name a few.

Drivers should use caution as a TOJ truck moves along the corridors, unscrewing the posts.

Bollards were first installed along Snow King Avenue in 2018. The Town Council approved bollards on Willow Street in 2022.
